A few weeks ago we had the honor to play at Laura and Stephen's special day with our friends at Red Parrot Music. It was a truly special occasion down in Whanganui with even the weather seeming to have been planned to perfection. Three months previously they came to us with the idea of allowing guests to make a song selection of their own which we could then play. All in all we learnt 19 new tracks as part of a 4 hour set and everyone seemed to appreciate it. Indeed, they were so lovely that we took a couple of hours out of our practice time to help setup the marquee on the Thursday before.
A fantastic event to have been a part of and we wish Laura and Stephen all the best with their new life together.
